We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Contracts & Bid Manager to manage the end-to-end bid, proposal, and contract lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of sales, legal, and compliance, supporting lead pipeline management, government procurement processes, and contract execution. You will play a key role in ensuring opportunities are tracked effectively, proposals are compliant and competitive, and contracts are managed with accuracy and efficiency.
Contract Management
Own and drive the full contract (Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, and NDAs) and bid lifecycle, aligning cross-functional internal teams and external partners from bid development through successful contract delivery.
Support contract negotiations and change management.
Sales & Pipeline Management
Track and manage the sales and bid pipeline using CRM or internal tools.
Monitor opportunity stages, deadlines, and outcomes.
Provide pipeline and contract-related status updates leveraging KPI dashboards.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure bids and contracts comply with internal policies and procurement regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
