We are looking for a Facility & Production Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliable operation of our factory infrastructure, production equipment, and manufacturing lines. This role combines facility management with hands-on responsibility for equipment and production line maintenance, ensuring high uptime, safe operations, and efficient production flow. You will play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and enabling scalable, high-rate production.
Manage and maintain all factory facilities and infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, HVAC, power supply, compressed air, safety systems, and general site services.
Coordinate external service providers, contractors, and authorities related to facility services and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site.
Support site expansions, layout changes, and infrastructure upgrades.
Own maintenance, availability, and reliability of production equipment and manufacturing lines.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines, test equipment, and tooling.
Troubleshoot equipment and line issues to minimize downtime and support daily production targets.
Maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance documentation for equipment and facilities.
Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and SOPs for facilities and production equipment.
Implement condition-based and preventive maintenance strategies to improve uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
Track and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g. downtime, MTBF, MTTR) and drive continuous improvement.
Support commissioning, ramp-up, and handover of new production lines and equipment.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure stable production operations.
Support production ramp-ups, process changes, and layout modifications from a maintenance and infrastructure perspective.
Coordinate with external equipment suppliers and OEMs for service, upgrades, and technical support.
