We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our branch in western Munich and take full ownership of HR operations for our production and manufacturing team.
In this role, you will manage core HR processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for our team onsite. Beyond operational excellence, you will act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a strong, cohesive workplace culture and helping to keep our team engaged, connected, and aligned with our values. (This position offers flexibility and can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.)
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for production and manufacturing employees
Maintain and continuously update personnel records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Partner closely with management on performance management, probation evaluations, and employee relations matters
Support time tracking, shift scheduling, vacation management, and payroll preparation
Ensure full compliance with German labor law and internal policies, particularly within a production environment
Act as a key interface between the production site and the HR team in Munich, ensuring clear, transparent, and consistent communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related topics, including policies, contracts, and day-to-day inquiries
Actively support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and close collaboration with hiring managers
Contribute to and support learning and development initiatives for production staff
