Key Responsibilities
Oversee mortgage applications from submission to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Verify cases against UK regulatory requirements and lender criteria.
Maintain organized case files, tracking progress and updating stakeholders.
Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and clients to resolve queries and move cases forward.
Work within strict timelines to ensure a smooth progression of mortgage offers.
