Our client is a fast-growing mortgage team in Austin looking for a Loan Partner who's equal parts relationship manager, pipeline quarterback, and borrower advocate. This isn't a back-office processing role — it's a front-line partnership position where you're the operational engine that keeps high-volume LOs producing at their best.

Partner directly with Loan Officers across every stage of the loan lifecycle — application through closing
Manage borrower communication, realtor relationships, and third-party coordination
Gather and verify documentation for complete, accurate loan packages
Track pipeline milestones — approvals, appraisals, closings — and keep every deadline met
Order and follow up on appraisals, verifications, and title work
Clear conditions efficiently and deliver clean, compliant files to Closing on time
Anticipate problems before they become last-minute crises
3+ years residential mortgage experience in a Loan Partner or LOA capacity
Broker or correspondent model experience preferred
Solid knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM products
Encompass proficiency preferred
White-glove communication style with borrowers and referral partners
Ability to self-manage in a fully remote environment without losing a beat
