You will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking users, ensuring they receive high-quality support while helping us adapt our service to the cultural nuances of the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Market Ownership: Act as the dedicated support lead for our French-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Translation & Localization: Help localize support content, templates, and FAQ articles to ensure they resonate with the French market.
Problem Solving: Resolve technical, billing, or account inquiries with a focus on high first-contact resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our English-speaking product team to report bugs or user feedback specific to the French user experience.
