As a Bar Service Specialist, you are part of the social center of the hotel. You prepare drinks, serve cocktails, handle orders and keep the bar area organized and flowing. Guests come to relax. Your energy sets the tone.
The atmosphere changes throughout the day. Pool bar in the afternoon feels different from evening service. Sometimes it’s calm, sometimes it’s busy and loud. You stay confident, friendly and professional either way.

Requirements
You should already know the basics of drink preparation and bar organization. You don’t need to be a mixology champion — but you should understand cocktails, speed and hygiene standards. English is required. The rest you learn on-site.
