We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Construction Practice. In this role, you’ll be the engine that drives new business: learning how to build relationships, generate opportunities, and develop the skills needed to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or sales professional.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and connect with professionals in the construction industry
Identify and engage potential candidates and clients through LinkedIn, referrals, and research tools
Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent and prospects
Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior recruiters and business development leaders
Learn consultative communication and relationship-building skills
Track activity and performance metrics in our ATS/CRM system
