Mission
We are looking for a NetSuite Technical Administrator to take ownership of system administration, daily support, and technical project contributions. This role will manage incidents, maintain system integrity, and collaborate with the Functional Lead to support new country implementations, new features, and integrations. The Technical Administrator will report to the Head of IT.
Job Functions
Manage NetSuite configuration, user roles, permissions, and system setup
Provide daily support and resolve issues through the ticketing system
Maintain workflows, system security, and operational continuity
Support global implementations in new subsidiaries, ensuring proper setup and compliance with company standards
Manage and support integrations with other corporate tools (CRM, expense management, consolidation platforms)
Develop and maintain SuiteScript, workflows, and system customizations
Collaborate with the Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end solutions
Provide user guides, training, and knowledge sharing to ensure adoption and continuity
Ensure backup coverage for seamless operations during absences
