The Role: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing
campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.
Job Functions
Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.
Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.
Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.
Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.
Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.
Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development.
