Job Functions
Lead end-to-end social listening and insight projects
Own performance reporting (monthly, QBRs, ad hoc)
Translate data trends into business implications and actions
Deliver clear, client-ready insight storytelling
Conduct multi-market, multi-language cultural analysis
Integrate multiple data sources for holistic insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, etc.)
Ensure data quality, consistency, and KPI integrity
