Mission
Manage and optimize the brand’s digital user experience across app and web platforms, designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that drive conversion and retention.
Be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and usability improvements, ensuring consistency, functionality, and alignment with business goals.
Job Functions
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the brand’s app and website.
Create user interfaces aligned with the brand’s digital identity system.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and propose improvements based on user behavior.
Design reusable components in Figma for the account’s Design System.
Propose UX improvements based on analytics data and business feedback.
Support the design of emails, push notifications, and Marketing Cloud communications.
Document design specifications for handoff to development.
