We are responsible for operating, managing, and upgrading 15 Regional Airports in some of Greece's most attractive destinations! We are currently seeking to fill the role of “Airside Supervisor" at the Kefalonia Airport.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all airside activities and monitoring the airport’s movement area, ensuring airside safety and efficient airport operations, in accordance with the National and International Rules and the Aerodrome Operations Manual.

Requirements
What will you be doing?
- Implement airside safety regulations and monitor the behavior of all parties’ airside in accordance with EASA, ICAO, HCAA, AOM, departmental Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI), ensuring compliance and operational safety at all times.
- Perform the routine and non-routine inspections according to the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting findings and initiating corrective actions promptly, ensuring the safe airside operations.
- Conduct Follow-Me guidance for aircraft and coordinate the Aircraft Removal, ensuring timely and safe aircraft movements.
- Monitor airside traffic safety, manage unauthorized vehicles according to established protocols, and escalate incidents as required.
- Oversee the implementation of the Airside Safety procedures and complete the Unified incident report, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Monitor airside facilities and construction work for compliance with safety standards, notifying relevant parties of any deficiencies and coordinating corrective measures.
- Execute wildlife control management and runway friction measurement, in accordance with the departmental procedures, documenting results and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Inspect airside facilities to identify Health & Safety Hazards and ensure timely remediation.
- Verify the availability and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all personnel, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a High School or Vocational Upper Secondary School Diploma.
- A minimum of five (5) years of employment, preferably in the Aviation Sector.
- Advanced level in MS Office.
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level).
- Driving license.
- Fulfilled military obligations, if applicable.
