Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their Miami office. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on, multi-functional role that plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency across Finance, HR, and Administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, and liaise with banking partners
Support recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee-related matters
Oversee office lease agreements, vendor relationships, and compliance with labor laws, insurance policies, permits, and company operations
Ensure office security systems and overall administrative operations run smoothly
Support sales and service teams with contracts, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
