We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of a critical product area — supplier integrations and communication flows — and help us make them scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
You will own a product area that sits at the intersection of external integrations, internal systems, and user experience.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier integrations — from discovery to launch and ongoing support
Build and maintain relationships with external supplier representatives (both technical and business)
Proactively drive integrations forward: follow-ups, coordination, troubleshooting
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding supplier integrations
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Own and evolve supplier-related functionality in the product
Improve supplier onboarding and management flows
Ensure data consistency, scalability, and usability of supplier features
Own the notification system (triggers, logic, templates, delivery)
Improve clarity, relevance, and timing of notifications
Optimize user engagement and reduce notification fatigue
