We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Chief Concierge to support the Chief Concierge in leading a dedicated Concierge team and ensuring the highest levels of personalized service for our guests. The ideal candidate is well-connected, resourceful, and committed to curating memorable guest experiences with attention to detail, discretion, and a warm luxury approach.
Assist the Chief Concierge in managing daily Concierge operations, ensuring efficient and personalized guest assistance at all times.
Supervise, train, and motivate the Concierge and Bell teams to uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns—both in person and digitally.
Organize and recommend transportation, dining reservations, event tickets, local tours, shopping, and bespoke experiences.
Maintain strong relationships with local service providers and vendors to secure exclusive guest offerings.
Ensure all guest profiles and preferences are updated to enhance future experiences.
Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special occasions with the utmost attention and care.
Oversee delivery of mail, packages, messages, and luggage handling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure a smooth flow of communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
Support the Chief Concierge with scheduling, administrative duties, and service quality initiatives.
