Role Overview
As a (Junior) Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for Otovo customers, guiding them through the first stage of their journey with us. You manage incoming leads, book appointments, support customers with documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, and Operations teams, always delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries quickly and professionally across different channels
Present Otovo’s value proposition and book the most suitable service based on customer needs
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Qualify customers according to Otovo’s internal criteria and processes
Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with Otovo
Act as a link between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate customer information and follow structured workflows and CRM processes
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese at C1 level or higher; English proficiency required
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changes and new priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
