We are looking for
Global Transformation Manager (m/f/d)
at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Pfullingen)
The purpose of the role is to drive the operational execution of a global transformation program, ensuring value capture and measurable business impact across key value streams. You will act as the central coordinator between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, translating strategy into actionable initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery.
Responsible for the operational end-to-end steering of the transformation
Coordinates across all value streams and ensures alignment, focus, and progress
Functional Leadership of the TO-Member
Leads the TO-Team Meetings
Drives risk management, execution discipline, and priorization
Acts as the central interface across functions (Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR & Finance)
Ensures a consistent storyline and prepares weekly decision needs
