Role Overview
Bayrock Labs is looking for a senior, hands-on leader to drive growth within Global
Capability Centers (GCCs) in Bangalore. This role owns account growth, relationship
depth, and delivery expansion across GCC customers.
This is not a pure sales role. It is a growth leadership role that blends engineering depth,
delivery management experience, and strong client relationship skills. The individual will
work closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and Bayrock Labs’ revenue function to
drive sustainable account expansion and long-term partnerships.
The role requires strong local presence, regular in-person engagement with GCCs, and
deep familiarity with Bangalore’s technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. GCC Account Ownership & Growth
• Own revenue growth and account expansion across assigned GCC accounts
• Build and execute account growth plans, including upsell and cross-sell strategies
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing GCC relationships
• Drive modest but consistent growth aligned with Bayrock Labs’ growth targets
2. Executive Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders within GCCs
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on technology, delivery models, and
scaling strategies
• Represent Bayrock Labs’ values and point of view on technology, delivery
excellence, and industry trends
3. Hands-on Account Leadership
• Be actively involved in day-to-day account management
• Regularly meet client stakeholders across multiple GCC locations in Bangalore
• Engage with Bayrock Labs consultants and delivery teams to understand ongoing
projects, challenges, and opportunities
• Translate delivery insights into growth strategies
4. Solutioning, RFPs & Growth Initiatives
• Participate in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
