We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Field Marketing Executive to support the execution of B2B marketing programs across Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for someone with several years of experience who enjoys a mix of events and campaigns and works closely with Sales to drive pipeline and engagement. You’ll play a key role in executing regional marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to commercial and growth-focused marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Marketing & Events
- Execute end-to-end B2B events, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, vendors, registrations, and on-site execution.
- Ensure a high-quality attendee experience across all touchpoints.
Campaign & Demand Generation
- Support campaigns to drive registrations, attendance, and lead generation.
- Assist with email marketing, landing pages, and promotional activities.
- Work with Sales to align on target accounts and follow up.
Lead Management & Reporting
- Manage post-event leads and ensure accurate CRM updates (e.g. Salesforce).
- Support lead handover to Sales and track follow-ups.
- Track key metrics including registrations, attendance, and campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders.
- Support localisation of campaigns across SEA markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, or campaign execution.
- Experience supporting or executing B2B or corporate events.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event execution.
- Good communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or tech environments
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Exposure to regional marketing across Southeast Asia
- Additional Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Mandarin
