We’re looking for a hands-on Events Marketing Associate to support the delivery of B2B marketing events.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring events to life. You will support industry events, networking sessions, and customer events, while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships.

RESPONISBILITIES
Events (Main Focus)
- Coordinate and support the execution of B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking sessions, industry events, customer events).
- Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and event logistics planning.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
- Support on-site event setup, coordination, and execution.
- Track event attendance and assist with post-event lead and data management.
Marketing Support
- Assist with email invitations and basic campaign coordination to drive attendance.
- Support preparation of event materials (e.g. slides, emails, simple marketing assets).
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing and Sales.
- Maintain trackers for events, registrations, and campaign activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles.
- Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work.
- Good communication skills in English. Additional Southeast Asian language skills such as Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Mandarin are an advantage.
