We invite an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team working on an enterprise-grade Point-of-Sale platform used by global restaurant and retail brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of 20+ Business Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting requirements definition and contributing to the delivery of features across various system components.

✅ Is that you?

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
Good understanding of BA fundamentals (requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories)
Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira
Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

Exposure to payment and loyalty systems, as well as system integrations across multiple components
Exposure to POS systems

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll support the team in defining, documenting, and managing business requirements, contributing to the delivery of new features and improvements.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior team members
Write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support development
Collaborate with development, QA, product teams, and other BAs to ensure understanding of requirements
Participate in requirements clarification, backlog refinement, and team discussions
Support updates to documentation and requirements based on feedback and changes
Learn and follow established BA processes, contributing to their improvement where possible
