What You’ll Do
- Act as the key interface between Engineering, Planning, and Operations to ensure changes are properly communicated and understood across all stakeholders.
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end change management process, ensuring engineering and product changes are clearly documented and effectively communicated.
- Ensure all relevant teams are informed in advance of upcoming changes, including timing, impact, and required actions.
- Support the preparation and distribution of change-related documentation, including release notes, updated procedures, and process updates.
- Translate technical updates into clear, actionable information for manufacturing, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.
- Maintain visibility and traceability of changes, ensuring stakeholders always understand what is changing, why, and when.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment for implementation of changes, ensuring minimal disruption to production and operations.
- Support the definition and improvement of change management workflows, tools, templates, and communication standards.
- Ensure training or awareness activities are supported when new processes, systems, or documentation are introduced.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Background in engineering or technical field (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial preferred).
- Experience, 6-7 years, in change management, configuration management, or operational coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and structured technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and production processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity, structure, and timely communication.
- Excellent English communication skills (Spanish or Dutch a plus).
- Team Center knowledge will be a plus.
