Required Skills & Abilities | Ability to conduct discovery conversations that build rapport and surface genuine insight — not just collect data
Strong verbal communication: clear, confident, and genuinely curious about what customers are trying to accomplish
CRM discipline: accurate, complete records are a professional standard, not an afterthought
