DELTA FOODS S.A., is looking for a dynamic Export Sales Manager to assist in expanding our international sales operations. The role involves developing new markets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while collaborating closely with all internal departments (Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Production, Logistics)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute export sales strategies to grow international market presence
- Grow relationships with international customers and key accounts
- Organizes end-to-end export order execution in coordination with logistics, finance, and production teams
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
- Ensures compliance with export regulations, trade laws, sanctions, and documentation requirements
- Prepares sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when needed
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. Α relevant Masters degree is welcome.
- 2+ years of experience in export sales (food/dairy industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, logistics, and payment methods
- Track record of achieving international sales owing the process from A to Z
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed
