Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) focused on Disputes Process and Technology. This role will work closely with the Disputes Line of Business, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to support process improvements and technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Gathering and documenting business/technical requirements
Managing project timelines and initiatives
Designing and executing testing programs, including UAT
Supporting collaboration between business and technical teams
Candidates should be quick learners with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use data effectively to support decision-making.
Location: Onsite – Madisonville, OH
Experience Required: 5+ Years
