We are seeking a veteran Service Advisor. Honda, Toyota, or GM experience is a plus but not a requirement. Must be a customer-focused Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently. CDK and Xtime experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
Perform an Active Write up and delivery process
Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services required, including vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and tire service.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective communication of repair processes.
Prepare service estimates and work orders, ensuring clarity in service writing.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organized manner.
Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status and any additional services needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on automotive technology trends and service management practices.
