What You’ll Do
- Custom Printing: Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and bags.
- Laser Engraving: Set up and run laser machinery to engrave precise designs onto metal, wood, and various lifestyle products.
- Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets our high standards for alignment, color, and finish.
- Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery.
- Workflow Management: Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
Requirements
- The Basics: A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, and file types).
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) and operating machinery.
- Hands-on Attitude: You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty in the production process.
- Growth Mindset: We provide full training on our specific machines, so a willingness to learn is a must!
