We are looking for an experienced and hands-on MRO Buyer (3–5 years) who combines technical understanding with strong procurement skills. Your primary focus will be MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) — spare parts, tools, technical services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys close collaboration with maintenance and engineering, thrives in a hands‑on industrial environment, and wants to contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization in Procurement. You will be part of the BENE Procurement Team and collaborate closely with technical teams, maintenance, production, finance, and external suppliers.
You manage the procurement of MRO-related goods and services (spare parts, tools, maintenance services, etc.) for some of our business lines
You work closely with maintenance, engineering, and suppliers to understand needs and find suitable solutions
You build and maintain strong supplier relationships within the BENE region
You conduct price analysis, negotiations, and support contract management
You monitor deliveries, service quality, and resolve issues proactively
You contribute to inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
