POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services.
