What’s the Position?
This role will be a key contributor within the CRM & Promotions team, leading CRM initiatives for the online Casino. The position will drive the strategy, planning, and optimization of customer communications and promotional campaigns that impact acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Data, and Regulatory teams, you will lead customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, while managing and developing team members.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Develop and oversee CRM and promotional campaign strategy
Own the campaign planning calendar, aligning seasonal and real-time initiatives to commercial priorities
Lead and develop CRM team members, providing direction, feedback, and performance management
Oversee campaign setup, QA, deployment, and reporting across CRM and promotional tools
Ensure all messaging and promotional materials meet compliance and brand standards
Lead stakeholder alignment on campaign mechanics, targeting strategy, offer structures, and messaging
Analyze performance trends and drive optimization strategies and testing roadmaps
Oversee promotional configuration standards and operational processes across markets
Champion continuous improvement across CRM and promotional execution
