What’s the Position?
This role will be a key contributor within the Sportsbook Retention Marketing team leading promotion initiatives. The position will drive the strategy, planning, and optimization of promotional campaigns that impact all facets of customer generosity.
Working cross-functionally with teams across the business, you will lead customer retention strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, while advising an evolving product roadmap and developing a strong team-first set of processes.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Develop core promotional strategy
Oversee promotional planning and budgeting process, aligning seasonal and real-time initiatives to business priorities
Work closely with CRM team to align promotional and messaging pillars
Create consistent process-first QA guidelines to ensure best-in-class customer experience
Align promotional priorities and emerging initiatives with product development strategy
Ensure all promotional materials meet compliance and brand standards
Instill alignment on campaign mechanics, targeting strategy, offer structures and messaging
Analyze performance trends to optimize against key objectives
