Position Summary
The Partner, Finance is a senior business development leader responsible for building and growing Amplēo's finance practice within their area of industry and domain expertise. This role is the face of Amplēo in the market — opening doors, closing engagements, cultivating a reputation as the go-to finance advisor in their niche, and ensuring every client experiences the full value of our cross-functional platform.
This is primarily a sales and client-leadership role. Our fractional CFOs and consultants own the day-to-day delivery. The Partner, Finance brings the business in, may step in as a high-level strategic advisor on select engagements, and drives long-term growth across the book.
Partners are expected to develop a vertical — whether that's cybersecurity, quantum, robotics, deep-tech, SaaS, manufacturing, or another sector where they have deep credibility — and build Amplēo's brand and footprint in that space.
This is a performance-driven role for a finance executive who thrives in growth environments and is motivated by building something of their own inside a platform that supports them.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $350,000. Total compensation is commission-driven and uncapped. OTE is achievable at 100% of quota, with significant upside for top performers.
