Position: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER (WITH EXECUTIVE SUPPORT)
Salary range: up to Php 100,000 Philippine Peso (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday following 10am-7pm NZDT (6am-3pm Philippine Standard Time)
Work set-up: 100% Remote work (Independent Contractor Agreement)
Holidays: New Zealand Public Holidays

A fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency specializes in delivering high-performing campaigns across social media marketing, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing for modern, scaling brands. This dual-function role combines bookkeeping and executive support, requiring strong financial management skills alongside administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership. The position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage accounting tasks while supporting business operations and leadership efficiency.
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with cash flow tracking
- Support payroll processing and expense management
- Coordinate with external accountants for compliance, tax filings, and year-end reporting
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes
Executive Assistance
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership (calendar and email management)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Support project coordination and task follow-ups across teams
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience using cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., Xero or similar)
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial data management
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a digital marketing or creative agency
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRM systems
- Exposure to multi-client or fast-paced service environments
