The role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team across Auckland and Northland. This is a newly-created leadership role where you’ll coach, develop, and support your team to drive customer retention and growth for the region, through the Aftermarket Sales function.
Based in East Tamaki and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with operations, sales and support teams to improve customer engagement, increase quote conversion and identify opportunities to grow aftermarket revenue.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to be visible in the business while still being supported by a knowledgeable and experienced team.
Local/Regional travel will be required.
What you’ll be doing
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Aftermarket Sales Representatives
· Drive customer retention, service sales growth, and quote conversion
· Achieve monthly and annual Aftermarket sales budgets and KPIs
· Strengthen customer relationships and improve aftermarket engagement
· Increase chargeable service revenue
· Identify cross‑selling opportunities across products and services
· Work closely with operations and sales teams to deliver strong outcomes
