The focus of the Operations Executive role is to work alongside the Leadership and Sales Teams for the processing of sales and onboarding of new customers to Vodafone, ensuring a seamless transition and positive customer experience. The Operations Executive will also support with customer care and after-sales queries to ensure all sales become customers for Vodafone.
The Operations Executive will be a champion for the CPM values at all times whilst delivering on-time and professional execution of designated operational activities.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
- Process sales orders to ensure all sales submitted by the sales teams are correct and compliant.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all customers are connected to the Vodafone network
- Support the Field and Inside sales teams by managing any after-sale customer queries or issues
- Take ownership of all post-sale communication with new customers and see through to successful resolution
- Build strong working relationships with relevant Vodafone stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to customer care and onboarding
- Accurately record data and update reporting on all sales from beginning to end of the customer journey.
Experience
- Minimum 12 month’s in a similar operations and/or sales processing role
- Experience dealing with and managing data to a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with telecoms and/or utilities sector would be an advantage
