Summary:
Temporary 1-year position responsible for managing and supporting software integration projects for Envipco customers across the EU. Acts as the main technical contact for integrations, testing, and rollouts of new software, while coordinating with the EU Support and R&D teams. Gathers customer feedback, supports pilot initiatives, and ensures smooth delivery of software solutions and service quality.
Task:
Full ownership to allocated new integration projects with Envipco customers across EU in collaboration with the EU Support team & R&D
Act as the first point of contact for Envipco’s customers for any technical questions/issues regarding software integration and testing
Testing of new software versions (both proprietary machine software and OS)
Coordinate & support rollout of new software releases to the field
Translate customer requests to R&D sprints as appropriate
Perform analysis and problem solving via telephone and / or remote support in collaboration with the EU Support team
Support the setup of pilot tests/initiatives across EU
Gather feedback direct from customers for future improvements/enhancements to our devices
Stay up to date with new product developments to ensure we always deliver the highest level of service possible
