About the role
About the role
The Second-in-Command (SIC) supports the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient operation of Learjet aircraft for company flights.
This role ensures adherence to all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while providing exceptional service to passengers.
The SIC is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, situational awareness, and teamwork at all times.
Who We Are Looking For
Assist the PIC with all phases of flight planning and execution.
Operate the
aircraft
in accordance with
FAA regulations,
aircraft
limitations, and company procedures.
Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including inspections, checklist completion, and documentation.
Monitor
aircraft
systems, weather, air traffic, and surroundings to support safe
decision making.
Maintain
strong communication
with PIC, crew members, dispatch, and ground personnel.

Safety & Compliance
Strictly adhere to FAA Part
135
regulations.
Assist
with
maintaining
aircraft
readiness, including
identifying
and reporting maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with company safety management systems (SMS).
Participate in required recurrent training,
proficiency
checks, and safety briefings.
Customer Service
Provide professional, courteous service to passengers and clients.
Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and a polished corporate aviation presence.

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane
