The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing capable of structuring, leading, and executing Astonfly’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on acquisition, content, and performance.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in the school’s growth by increasing its visibility and generating qualified leads.
Your mission: Build a high-performing marketing engine combining acquisition, content, and conversion, while structuring a team capable of delivering Astonfly’s premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Acquisition
Define and lead the overall marketing strategy (branding, acquisition, conversion)
Develop acquisition channels (SEO, paid ads, social media, partnerships)
Optimize performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI)
Implement dashboards and track KPIs
Website Management & SEO (WordPress)
Manage and optimize the ASTONFLY website (WordPress)
Create, structure, and optimize pages (landing pages, funnels)
Develop organic search performance (technical SEO + content)
Monitor performance (traffic, conversion, SEO rankings)
Content Marketing & Production
Define the content strategy (social media, video, branding)
Oversee content production (videos, interviews, storytelling)
Be able to produce or co-produce content (shooting, scripting, creative direction)
Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning
Management & Organisation
Manage and develop:
2 apprentices specialized in content creation
1 Community & Events Coordinator
Oversee community, events, and Astonjob.com platform activities
Structure processes (editorial planning, production, validation, distribution)
Set priorities and ensure high-quality deliverables
Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and Admissions teams
Ensure alignment between marketing, community, and acquisition efforts
Lead cross-functional projects (events, campaigns, partnerships)
