Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client seeking a Sales Leader to lead and grow a specialized equipment finance sales team in Southern California. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team focused on originating financing and leasing opportunities, while also helping drive strategy, business development, client engagement, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team focused on business development and client relationship management
Drive new business development and deepen relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
Establish sales strategy, performance expectations, and activity standards for the team
Mentor team members on consultative selling, opportunity management, and solution structuring
Partner with internal stakeholders to move transactions efficiently from initial prospect contact through approval, documentation, and funding
Help structure financing solutions tailored to client's equipment and technology needs
Monitor pipeline activity, forecast production, and drive accountability against revenue goals
Identify market opportunities and support continued expansion in targeted verticals
Stay current on industry trends, equipment finance products, and evolving client financing needs
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the sales organization
