To lead high-value sales and trading activity within AJW’s global aviation supply chain, driving revenue, margin, and inventory performance through fast, informed commercial decisions. This role combines real-time market trading with strategic relationship management, giving direct influence over asset value, availability, and customer outcomes.

Drive sales of aviation components to global customers (airlines, MROs, brokers)
Execute trading strategies to optimise margin and stock turn
Manage and grow customer and supplier relationships
Analyse market demand, pricing trends, and inventory positions to inform decisions
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure fulfilment
Monitor performance against revenue and margin targets
Identify opportunities to move excess or slow-moving stock
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
