To lead and optimise warranty recovery across AJW’s global aviation supply chain, ensuring maximum value is realised from every component transaction. This role sits at the intersection of technical insight and commercial performance using repair knowledge, supplier relationships, and data-led decision-making to drive recovery, reduce cost leakage, and influence long-term component strategy.
Operating within a fast-paced, global aviation environment, the Warranty Manager offers direct exposure to OEMs, MROs, and key suppliers, with the opportunity to shape how warranty is managed at scale supporting AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency through smarter, more effective operations.
Manage the full warranty lifecycle (claim identification, submission, negotiation, recovery)
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims with suppliers and customers
Maximise recovery value and minimise financial leakage
Review technical documentation (e.g. teardown reports, findings) to support claims
Challenge suppliers and negotiate outcomes to improve recovery rates
Track and report warranty performance, identifying trends and risks
Work cross-functionally (repairs, procurement, technical, finance) to support claims and prevent repeat issues
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and warranty conditions
Drive process improvements and better use of systems, data, and automation
