The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of AJW’s global marketing activity, helping to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support commercial growth. This role works across the full AJW Group, contributing to campaigns, content, and communications that reach a global aviation audience. The position combines creativity with execution supporting day-to-day marketing activity while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Create and manage content (e.g. social media, website, email, presentations)
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights
Manage and update marketing assets and systems (e.g. website, CRM, content libraries)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives
Assist with events, exhibitions, and industry engagement
