Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
Posting vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Supporting onboarding and new starter administration
Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately
Preparing contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Assisting with employee lifecycle administration including probation reviews, absence tracking, and leaver processes
Supporting recruitment campaigns, careers events, and employer branding activity
Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver a positive employee and candidate experience
Supporting HR reporting and general administrative tasks
