We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to own and evolve the product experience across our Smart Supply and Smart Exchange businesses.
You will be responsible for driving product clarity from deal setup to launch, optimization, scaling, and reporting — ensuring our supply-side operations and exchange capabilities are scalable, measurable, and differentiated in the market.
You will define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the product roadmap for Smart Supply and Smart Exchange.
Identify opportunities to improve growth opportunities for onboarding new clients and expanding Product offering.
Analyse market trends and opportunities to
Identify opportunities to optimize yield, operational efficiency, reporting clarity, and partner experience.
Translate company growth goals into clear product priorities.
Partner with leadership to align product initiatives with revenue and margin targets.
Discovery & Problem Definition
Work closely with Technical Account Managers, Operations, and Growth to deeply understand friction points from deal setup through scaling.
Map end-to-end workflows across onboarding, launch, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and billing.
Convert ambiguous business feedback (e.g., “launches take too long” or “reporting lacks clarity”) into structured product requirements and technical specifications.
Define what should be automated, standardized, or custom.
Execution & Delivery
Own the product backlog and sprint prioritization in partnership with Engineering.
Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure features are built as scalable components — not one-off solutions.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that shipped features solve the intended problem.
Drive iterative improvement post-launch based on real-world usage.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor feature performance and adoption.
Partner with TAM and Operations to identify optimization opportunities.
Continuously evaluate ROI of product initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the translator between business and engineering.
Align Growth, Technical Account Management, Operations, and Leadership around product capabilities and constraints.
Support go-to-market messaging for new capabilities.
Create documentation, internal enablement materials, and rollout strategies to drive adoption.
