Responsibilities
Own the full creative production cycle: from brief to final asset delivery
Manage and coordinate freelancers (designers, motion, etc.), including onboarding, task assignment, and quality control
Collaborate with Creative Strategist to translate concepts into production-ready tasks
Work closely with MPO / AdOps teams to ensure correct formats, specs, and delivery
Set up and maintain task management systems (e.g. Asana), including boards, templates, and workflows
Optimize and scale production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
Manage and mentor 1–2 creative assistants, including task delegation and workload prioritization
Support planning teams with input on creative capabilities, timelines, and production capacity
