What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading behavior support services across adult day programs
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data review
- Providing clinical oversight to ensure plans are practical, consistent, and effectively implemented in a real-world setting
- Coaching and supporting staff to build confidence and consistency in how behavior strategies are carried out
- Partnering closely with Program Directors to align clinical services with program needs and priorities
- Supporting teams during complex or escalated behavioral situations and helping guide next steps
- Monitoring progress, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes over time
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed
- Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
