The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.

- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered
- Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled
