leading the planning, delivery and closure of projects within the Enabling Functions (EF) portfolio;
define project scopes and success criteria and develop project plans with clear resource, budget and dependency requirements;
establish and maintain governance: chair project and steering-committee meetings, prepare decision packs, record actions and drive timely follow‑up;
monitor progress through milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and financial reporting; escalate where appropriate and propose remediation actions;
proactively manage risks and issues by identifying, assessing, planning mitigations and activating contingency measures;
lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams (internal and external), ensuring clarity of roles, accountability and effective collaboration;
engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and enable transparent decision‑making;
drive change activities to secure adoption of new ways of working, including communications, training and benefits realization tracking.
