Own and define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for banking products such as payments, mortgages, lending and wealth.
Develop and own omnichannel strategy and customer proposition design, including customer journeys, channel strategy and service design.
Lead customer discovery and validation (user research, hypotheses, experiments) and translate findings into clear product requirements.
Drive end-to-end delivery across discovery, development, go‑live and post‑launch optimization, including release planning and iterative improvements.
Define, track and act on product metrics; run continuous improvement cycles and surface outcomes and insights to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, backend engineers and front‑end/UX teams to define the target technical and client‑facing architecture.
Lead or contribute to legacy modernization and re‑platforming efforts. Ensure product compliance with banking regulation, security, AML and privacy (GDPR) requirements.
Facilitate cross‑functional governance and stakeholder communications, secure senior sponsorship and align governance for decisive outcomes.
